Ginger - very very thin old cat

This sweet kitty is a very thin old ginger cat who wants to come into the hse I am staying at but it’s not my hse and I leave tomorrow. No reply from scan Angela or cats protection.. I hope it has an owner but it looks abandoned and uncared for. Can anyone local help?
