Deceased White and Gray Striped Kitty

Message from Finder

This is an intact male with no microchip. I found him by the side of the road and picked him up, thinking he was still alive. Unfortunately, he was frozen solid and was unable to be revived. Please let me know if you or someone you know is the owner as I'd like to return the body. If no owner comes forward, I will bury the body in a marked grave with flowers once the ground thaws.
