Medium/small white fluffy dog

Horrified to watch this little dog get rolled under a car as it tried to cross San Pablo around 9:30pm on 4/17, but it got up and ran away. Tried to find it and saw it running toward Hilltop Village. I don't have a pic, so the image is the woodsy area where I last saw it running from. I hope whomever's little furbaby this is makes it back ! Probably sustained injuries. 😥
