I think that is the dog from the food truck area right south of smith road on tower. The owners let her walk around the food truck area, you should bring her back there and see if it is their dog, may have just wandered farther than usual.

Looks like the dog I found a few years ago. I took him to the Dumb Friends League and the owner got him a day later.
