You should also put up flyers about your missing rabbit all over the area including at local veterinary clinics and pet shops. Maybe your horrible roommate sold the rabbit. Get that jerk to confess.

Pets are considered property. File a police report on your roommate and call all the local shelters. Move out or get your roommate kicked out. Why would you want to continue living with someone so distrustful and horrible.
