Several black cats in shelters. Check 24petconnect, lifeline, pet finder & adoptapet websites b/c they pull from multiple shelters & rescues. After 3 days, dog will be up for adoption. Check breeds similar as well as "mixed breeds" & mutts b/c pets get mislabeled, sometimes. If microchip was unregistered at intake, it most likely won't be scanned again.
