Go outside at night with a flashlight you can see eyes call and sit to see if your cat comes put some can food out that has a fishy smell put litter box outside where it doesn't get wet put something outside with your sent on it

Make sure to check thoroughly in bushes , up trees, under houses, and in crawlspaces. Try asking neighbors if they seen him and look in their yard/bushes/under house as well
