This cat does have an owner and lives on London Road. He is allowed to roam, but unfortunately too many people encourage him to follow them, feed him, and take him further away from his usual area. He's a very friendly and trusting cat, which makes him easy to lure away. We have countless CCTV clips showing passers-by, and even people living on the street, encouraging him to follow them instead of simply letting him continue on his way. Because of this, he's gradually wandering further from his normal territory, believing everywhere is safe and that every person he meets will look after him.
