Kathy McDonald ya it was about 230 am when he was hit by car .. i am praying he was foumd and is safe , i had no luck locating him... going to go out now again and look if he not found yet.. we looked all morning but no luck ..

Helping lost dogs across Alberta this occurred at 11 pm. Unfortunately 311 was not taking calls at this time of night. I called the police non emergency line and they could not help. I tried for 45 minutes to gain trust of dog with food. He took food, and let me pet him, but he would not let me put a leash around his neck. I would have gladly taken him to vet emergency to have him scanned for a microchip. Unfortunately, he just took off again after 45 minutes.

Helping lost dogs across Alberta I tried calling, they were closed at 11pm when I saw him. He was not acting hurt and was bouncing around playfully when I tried to put a leash on him.
