Finding kitty tips
Tips for missing cats
Hopefully it will help along with the video.
Put unwashed clothes with familiar scent of someone kitty is attached to so kitty can smell the scent. Put something of kitty’s as well. File a lost report with the shelters. Be sure to notify your mail person. They can be a great resource since they are out and about in the neighborhood.
Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds maybe kitty is hiding there.
Look for kitty outside when it’s more quiet. Take some snacks or dry food and shake it and call kitty naturally like you call at home to eat or play. Look under cars and bushes when you are looking for kitty. Post on Nextdoor, 559 lost and found pets and the Ring app if possible. If microchipped contact the company to let them know kitty is missing. Put flyers in your area not everyone is on social media.
Remember cats don’t usually roam far from their territory so chances are kitty is hiding nearby waiting until kitty feels safe to come out!
Here is a great video for finding lost cats. I hope you find Luz soon. ❤️🐾
