If you find a pet: If someone claims her require proof of ownership. Dogs will react to owner, owner will have pictures. Even if you just see a dog loose, and cant act, report to animal control nearest to where pet was found and have checked for micro chip. Fayette Co animal control is 859 255-9033. Some people don't have Facebook and owners will look at animal control for their pets. If you can't hold please take to the shelter in county where found.
