Hi guys, while my partner was driving around Gresham for work as an EMT he came across this pup trying to cross four lanes of traffic on NE sandy and NE Airport Way around 4:45pm on 7/16. He saw the doggo narrowly avoid being hit and decided to run his lights/siren. Once my partner parked on the street he approached this good boy, who returned the action immediately by walking straight up to this strange human. The dog was found with a collar, but no name tag. We’ve since found he also has no chip. He is a very quiet calm mannered boy, ignoring the occasional attempt to hump lol, who knows sit/lay down/no. He’s a very sociable boy, who wants to interact with all people and fellow dogs. In the two days we’ve taken care of this pup we feel so much love for him, we can only imagine how much love, loss, and fear his owner is feeling right now.
