Who ever hasn’t been taking care of this puppy. Looks dirty like been living in dirt. Probably needs deworming and a Parvo/Distemper Vaccination, it’s spreading fast.

Cross check Pawboost alert local shelters is it Microchipped put up flyers in ur area and if need be turn into Animal Shelter rather than fending for itself on the streets unless it's found it's Furever home with u Thanks for keeping it SAFE
