He suffered from terrible abuse, hunger, and a bad skin sickness that left him completely thin and weak. He had no home and very little hope.❤️ The Second ChanceEverything changed when kind people rescued him from the streets. Soon after, a disaster rescue specialist named Jorge Beens noticed the puppy's incredible energy and intelligence. Jorge took him into the K-SAR ECID disaster training center and spent years teaching him how to find people under broken buildings.🌍 A Life of ServiceTsunami didn't just help in Venezuela.
