Absolutely!!! Make sure that you microchip, your animals because they're people who come from other countries and they think, funder, keepers, losers, weepers. But at the same time, you should have been talking batter care of this poor dog. I can only imagine was this poor dog. Is going through especially in this damn heat and all because it had careless owners.
