Please, everyone, always be VERY careful about return/placement in these situations - to avoid people with bad intent toward animals Who troll the internet looking for animals to use for bad purposes, such as dog fighting, bait dogs, to sell to labs, to use as feed for reptiles, etc. It is Very, very dangerous to animals to simply give them away/hand them off. Please require references from people, and check them - very carefully. If someone claims the animal, Require a personal pic - everyone has a picture of their pet, right? -Make sure it is not Ai- Some pretenders are very good actors and seem nice, and genuine. *Women do this too* Thank you for your kindness and safeguarding of the dog 👍🙏❤️

~~~Give a copy of the picture with information to the mailman in the area… They encounter many people & situation… Put a sign with information & picture in your front yard if you can & @ stop signs… For found animals Please take him to check for a microchip it’s free @ any Vet,Pet store etc. … Always get your animal microchipped, it gives a better chance of being reunited… There is always the possibility that a neighbor may have taken your “Fur~Baby” in thinking it was abandoned… Report any animal missing or found to your local dog pound… PetCo has free software that uses photo recognition to match your photo to photos from rescues and shelters…
