Sweet boy, probably just under 1 year old. He was friendly enough to come up and sniff/lick my hand, and would play chase me when I ran. He wouldn't come close for long enough to see if he had tags. I looked him up on Nextdoor and it looks like he's been in the Shadowmoor neighborhood at Columbia Rd & Bel Air Rd for about a week now. Someone said he hung around their hse long enough to eat a bowl of food. He just wanted to play when I saw him, though.
