Black, very thin, medium size young male dog.

This sweet boy was roaming our neighborhood this morning. Has been out for awhile; as you can see he needs some TLC & treatment. Very thin, raw around the eyes, fleas, bald patches. But super sweet, neutered, crate trained.

Thank you everyone. Obviously he needs some medical attention & TLC. The post was to hopefully find the owner. Which was done through Animal control. He is in good hands.
