Hi! I’m so sorry about your cat, she’s beautiful. Please make sure you check animal services/local shelters. Post signs around the neighborhood. Knock on doors and show a photo. Leave out dirty laundry that has your scent on it. Try walking the neighborhood late night/early morning with treats and/or food and call for her softly. My cat went missing a few years ago for about a week and I ended up finding him hiding under a neighbor’s house. I had to go on my hands and knees with a flashlight to get him out of the crawl space of their house. This was around 4:30/5am. Use a flashlight to look for eye shine too! Can be easier to spot them that way. You can also post on Paw Boost, Next Door, and Lost and Found Pets of Pinellas. I really hope you are reunited with her soon! Also, this may be helpful: Pet detectives say well over 90% of lost cats are found within 2 doors of location where lost. You just can’t see them. They are scared and hidden. They will not run out in open areas. They hunker down right where they are for about 10 days. Go out dawn and dusk calling to her. Check by building walls. Window sills. Trees. Roofs. In grills under covers and in tires or up under cars. I have conducted wide searches for kitties only to be proven time and again this theory is true as they were found within feet of where they got out. Or get a trap and put sardines, cat food, and tuna in it at dusk. Good luck!
