Krystle Syms you can verify through the vet clinic information. That is how we do the adoption when they put their vets information. The vet paperwork should have the owners information, the vets information - address & phone. Along with a description of the dog if it's fixed not fixed of the dog color of the dog. Just call the vet to verify.
