Not sure if this is the same little guy. But he's been hanging around the Jeremiah School on Knob Creek by the Kiwanis Park, and today saw him on Liberty Bell Blvd by the baseball field. He looks like a chihuahua/corgi mix. First saw him the beginning of July so its been a few weeks he's been wandering.

I've seen this dog there before I think it lives in the houses nearby. I stopped and tried to catch it last time but it ran off. Owners need to watch it better.
