Jil Morgan Oh it’s so frustrating, it’s happened to me also-found dogs that match and then the owner dismisses because they don’t recognize them.

Oh Margaret believe me i do know this! I match dodgy looking dogs for sale ads on the selling sites then scour Doglost UK for lost/stolen dogs. I find so many that could be the SAME dog! In 3-4 years ive only managed to get a handful back to there rightful owners. I know every trick these sellers use. IE painting markings on stolen dogs, shaving them etc. This week i found a dog for sale clearly in a state and terrified. Matched her up to an identical dog on Doglost...contacted owners but because seller stated she was 3yrs old and stolen dog would be around 8-9yrs old...they didnt take it any further even tho they agreed she was the image of there stolen dog!!! x
