Solid white, long hair, Havananese terrier looking dog. Very skiddish. Has fresh water and eating some food.

This little baby showed up a few weeks ago. It is not allowing me or my family near it. Everytime we go to call it, he runs away, just to return an hour later. It has a collar but no tag.

I’ve seen him at McConnell and Mt Hope. Tried to catch him for days. I wish he could be trapped! I could get maybe 3’ from him then he would bark and run.
