Small dog, has light blue rope-like collar with brown leather at buckle. Very docile and friendly. Was running around the street inside of Rancho Mirage off 20th St East. Neighbors said they have left food for it two nights and it's been running around the streets here.

No chip. His face looks pretty dirty in the photo but he's all white and otherwise, very clean. Looks like he was very loved and cared for but had a long couple of days running around here.
