This poor baby has been outside for months and keeps getting attacked by neighborhood cats. I took him in because he is extremely friendly and just wants some love. He 100% previously had an owner and is very much missing them. I brought him to the vet and got him a rabies shot, antibiotics, and some topical gel to help his scarring and skin condition from getting attacked so many times. Please let me know if he is yours or someone you know!
