Message from Owner

We were just bringing her in to Tractor Supply to get a rabies vaccination when the crate malfunctioned and Kitty escaped. We did catch her once but was so affraid she scratched to get away and she did. We have been back to the site several times now and keep calling for her. We just want our fur baby home safely. We miss her terribly!!! :( Please help us find her and bring her home safely. She is an outside cat normally so she knows how to survive, shes just a good ole country cat that is scared to be in town.

You might want to find out who feeds the Burger King cats as they call them and have them keep a watch out. They won't be used to your cat and they may try to TNR it. Good luck I hope your baby gets brought home safely.

Chances are very high she's where she escaped, or at least within a block or two, hunker down and hiding. Please go back to the area and search at night with a flashlight because the eyes will glow. Put up large missing cat posters, the neon poster board works well. Try to put missing cat posters on all the dumpsters at Tractor Supply and at nearby businesses and talk to all the homeowners and businesses near there. Check with animal control weekly and post on all the neighborhood and City social media groups for that area. If the cat is microchipped, notify the chip company. Another option is to get a Humane trap, I know Tractor Supply sells them because I have purchased them there. You can bait the trap with canned cat food or smelly fish late at night but the trap must be checked multiple times a day, especially early in the morning at dawn. Do not use a trap when the weather is bad or storming.

There's a lot of feral colonies in that area by Burger King Home Depot and WalMart cats tend to go where other cats are.Might want to keep eye out in those areas.
