Come on people, this is a friendly and apparently young and healthy cocker spaniel. The shelter isn’t going to this dog (although he is at risk of catching a disease or being attacked by another dog, due to the overcrowding). But he’ll probably be adopted as soon as his stray hold is up. Even if that weren’t true, not everyone who finds a dog can hold onto a dog. But to everyone who has no limits on what they can do (why else would you bash the finder?), simply go to the shelter right now and offer to foster him. Problem solved.
