maybe the dog got away from a homeless person which is good for the dog...dogs should not be subjected to the aimless wandering around of homelessness...I hope someone found it and it's in a safe place...

Saw her running down MLK and 83rd south bound around 11 am. When we tried to offer a treat or get close even with positive remarks, she ran faster. We couldn't contain her.
