You don’t need to be rude. This dog is at my parents house where I am not. I did everything I could from afar. Like I said in a previous comment someone else was able to take this dog in.

Having a dog is a big responsibility. Is like having a two-year-old toddler? If you cannot take care of them as such, do them, a big favorite, don't have any and STOP putting them through this living and STOP taking them for granted. Stop being so DEMN lazy and cheap to do the right thing for them, like microchip and license them at the shelter. I can only imagine how these careless owners are taking care of their kids.
