I personally was outside this morning and noticed this poor guy was walking around the neighborhood with a confused face. I called him to me to protect him from being run over. I noticed a young lady walking around with him following her around while I was inside getting a leash… I have a yorkie and she was having a hissing because him being near me. This sweet lady took him out of my hands and took him to see if he was chipped. He was not/no identification at all. He has a odd looking leather tag( could be a thicker fabric), but I know where he is at in the neighborhood and if you’re missing him… otherwise can provide a loving home for him. We will need to make sure he’s safe from any pet fighting or leaving him outside. This is saddening to see an animal looking like he is constantly confused.
