Description
Black female , probably a Border Collie Mix, around 7-9 years, short, SUPER friendly, that apparently gave birth not long ago (she has milk in her teats). Also, she has a skin problem (hairless patches on her back, hind legs and tail, that could be "Flea Allergy Dermatitis"). No ID and any microchip was found. Please help me find the owner. Thanks!
