Description

Grey kitty looks like part of his tail is fozem off and he has a notch in his ear. I gave him some fish amd filled up a box with blanlets and left it by where he is hiding.. I also went out there to check on it for three days..he meows back at me when i talk to him. But wont let me get close.

A tipped left ear is the universal sign of a Trap Neuter returned cat. But could also be torn or frost bitten.
