Description

Grey kitty looks like part of his tail is fozem off and he has a notch in his ear. I gave him some fish amd filled up a box with blanlets and left it by where he is hiding.. I also went out there to check on it for three days..he meows back at me when i talk to him. But wont let me get close.

Can you call the FVHA to see if someone can get him. They usually help out kittens.

Can someone make a cat shelter with straw/bin/styrofoam for this kitty? Blankets can get wet and kitty can freeze to them. Probably hanging Aron s there for food/dumpsters. Poor baby.

I have a covered porch it can go there is another under there. Poor baby. If it was feral it would be with a colony ..

Tell the police where he is maybe they can catch him or notify humane society
