This appears to be a new poster. Why would you wait so long? A lot of the tips are not applicable to an animal that's been missing this long, but unless someone took him in it turned him in or he's no longer among the living, chances are he's not that far away. This depends on several factors, is he neutered? Had you recently moved to the location when he went missing? Is there any other info that you can provide?

So sorry to hear he is missing. Why would you declaw your cat anyway? Thats their only protection. I hope he’s found a home where somebody really loved takes care of him.
