This budgie is definitely an escaped pet. He is not scared of humans and let us take him into our home no problem. He shows no sign of sickness but a vet visit is still due to make sure. I am searching for his owner. If no owner is found I am searching for someone with other birds and experience who is willing to adopt him since I cannot keep him longterm!
