Put a scent station (dirty Tshirt, socks, pillow case with owner smell) at the spot where dog went missing, to help dog smell it way back to where it went missing. You will need to keep monitoring spot every couple hours to see if dog returns to spot. Put sign with picture on front yard incase someone finds dog in neighborhood and drives or walks around looking for dogs home. Also, please check ALL local shelters and rescues everyother day to see if pet has been brought in GOOD LUCK

Set up a scent station on your porch with his bedding & some of the families dirty clothes (the stinkier, the better). Smelling familiar scents can help him find his way home to ya. Ask neighbors. Check shelters. Post on Nextdoor, Neighborhood ring, & Life360. Hope he gets back home really soon 🙏

You can update your dog's chip information at the company he was registered at. If you don't know which company, call one of them and they can take the information.
