Pima animal care is on intake freeze. Unless the dog is injured. Or a danger to society, they will not take it right now. any vet will check for a chip at no charge. post to next door. file found reports with lost.petcolove.org and humane society. thank you for rescuing and keeping safe. if you are not able to continue to hold, maybe someone in the immediate area could help foster while looking for owner.
