Found this deceased cat in some brush on Bellflower, just before Conant street. Had a flea collar on and looked well cared for.

This is so sad. People are so cruel. I hope the owner is found. There are many mean spirited people who will poison animals. I have one in my neighborhood who swung a bat at my 2 cats. I reported her to the SPCA and every other agency I could. I believe she is responsible for the death of many feral cats.
