This cat has been coming by my hse. Would disappear for a little bit and then come back again. Recently he’s been here more often and always hungry. He is very friendly, lets you pet. I found him in West Kensington and I only really see him here

Glad you’re looking out for him. This friendly, he’s not feral and had/has a home. Ideally you’d want to get him to any vet for a free microchip check that may find his owners fast. Getting him off the street to safety would be great (spare room, bathroom) til you sort this out. The face markings are very distinctive - now going to try to find old posts matching.
