I can’t tell if you have the bird safely off the streets, if yes, and if you have not already, please bring the bird to a local vet, they may recognize it, and to get informed advice on how to care for a bird. If you don’t have the bird, please do your best to get the bird to safety. Also consider posting to Nextdoor. Each has their own audience and can be highly effective. Finally, please post flyers in the area where you found the bird - not everyone is on social media.
