Does anyone know what happened with this dog? Was it's family found?

We have kept her here. ❤️🐾 I couldn't leave her out there when I saw how she ran right into traffic! We took her the vet the next morning to check for a microchip and there was not one. We have continued to look daily on the different sites to see if someone posted about her and they haven't. Initially, we were gonna beg somebody else to make room for her because I have two big dogs that I did not believe would or could be friendly to her and she's really sooo super sweet. So my daughter stayed one-on-one with her, and they have formed quite the bond. We are feeding her good quality food, she has toys and treats. She gets taken on walks multiple times a day. We have kept her seperate for now in an area that has a bedroom and bathroom combo.. But she has plenty of people in our house taking there turns to sit with her. Or we put our big dogs out back and she roams the downstairs and just hangs out with us. 💜🐾💜🐾💜🐾 And since it was mentioned... I was concerned about her paws too. They were a little red, but they didn't look like she was favoring them or that they were hurt.. He didn't look great though. Just to be on a safe side, we have been putting pure tallow on her paws and her nose. We also gave her a bath and she did really good with that!
