Message from Finder

It on chapman highway shoulder by the Farmers Insurance place (7820 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). I tried to get as close to it as much as possible to check for a collar tag but I couldn't find any. It's on the right side of chapman on the shoulder. I tried to get closer but there was way to many cars driving close to the shoulder so I got to nervous. I called Young-Williams Animal Services but they pointed me to call 311 but no answer then since it was 7pm. I really hope this poor baby can be found by it's owner or removed from the road. I might try to check by again tomorrow.

If able, try posting on the local Nextdoor app (if possible), lost .petcolove .org and watching craigslist. If you post to other groups, be sure to add the county, city and state to your posting since the posting may be shared nationally. Also, take flyers to shelters and vet offices with a photo and report the pet found. They have a board for both lost and found pets. Remember, not everyone is on Social Media.
