For whomever found the pup: If you have not already, please check the Pawboost LOST listings. If no success there, please post flyers in the area where the pup was found. Not everyone is on social media. Also consider posting to Nextdoor. Considering you observed the dog being dumped, it could be a cruel surrender or a domestic abuse situation - abusive spouses/partners sometimes punish their partner by harming or disappearing their partner’s animal companion/s. Thank you for getting the pup off the streets. Maybe you are destined to be her person… :)
