Very sweet and friendly. Came up to me after I sat down for a few minutes, and followed me as I walked around. He seems very curious about my indoor kitties, but not aggressive. He is spraying. I would like to encourage his owner to please have him neutered.

Awe.. if you haven’t, you can call Animal Control to file a found pet report, in case someone reported kitty missing. Of course any vet can scan for a chip. If anyone comes forward hopefully they can provide proof of ownership or lots of pictures. Thank you for being so kind and good luck. ♥️🙏🐾
