THERE is a post, Mary LaFontaine, stating she may be at the Guilford Shelter, online here!! Look at that picture, it could be her!! Put up posters w/ph.no./email 1 to 10 mile radius, (put that she is deaf on the poster), put the posters near the roadway and businesses so people will see them, ask anyone you see if they have seen her!! I would knock on doors to ask anyone if they have seen her, or go into businesses to see if anyone there has seen her, this will put them to looking for him!! Email All VETS a poster w/ph.no./email, is she microchipped and registered!! Call all shelters to see if they have her, email them a poster w/ph.no./email!! GO to several pounds, leave a poster w/ph.no./email even if they are closed!! CALL every 2 days to see if she is there, GO to them now to see the persons in charge, leave a poster w/ph.no./email, let them know she is deaf and old, look around the pounds to see if she is there!! Check Pawboost, Pawboost Community, Next Door, X, & 24petconnect periodically, you can also put him online with LOST AND FOUND HIGH POINT, NC online here, and some that have the person's name!! I do hope you find her!! Since she is deaf someone may have let her in their home, I would get References for a GOOD Pet Tracker, do not get the References or Tracker online FB!!!!!

Lost dogs often gravitate toward water. Check all surrounding streams, ponds, lakes, and swimming pools. Older dogs also gravitate downhill, since it's easier. Post on NextDoor. Post on surrounding area lost pet sites. Post flyers in your area and a large radius beyond that. Notify shelter and surrounding vets of your search. Notify mail carrier that you're searching for him/her, as they cover large areas. Check neighbors' doorbell cams for sightings. Hope pup's home soon! If not consider contacting a verified pet tracker. You can find them by searching for K9 or SAR groups.

The effectiveness of signs posted quickly all around the area can not be overstated. Reaches those not on social media and lets neighbors know he/she's not a stray.
