Cooper broke out of his foster home’s fence in Franklin, TN, around 1:30 pm on Wed, Sept 2, 2026. He was last seen Thurs, Sept 3, around 6:45 am, crossing Cool Springs Blvd from Carronbridge Subdivision going into Enclave. Our foster is devastated and has been actively searching the area. We have had teams of staff and volunteers canvassing the area and posting flyers. Volunteer Drone Services was out on 9/3 to survey the area in hopes of getting another sighting, but unfortunately, we were not successful.
