7/6: To the finder, is this the same dog that was found in Lucama off E. Blalock on 7/4 and is now at Wilson Shlelter? If so, could you message my page, Lost & Found Dogs of Wilson, NC with any good traits the dog has to help us find an adopter if no owner turns up at the shelter? This is the shelter's post plus Marissa's post above. We think this is the same dog.

I’m not for certain, but that almost looks like the same dog my neighbor found on July 4 and I really hope whoever contacted you guys first and made this original post didn’t let him loose again because now he is unfortunately with animal control….

Please Do Not take this dog to the animal shelter in Wilson. Most of their dogs never make it back out. The shelter has around 100 pens and they euthanize when they only had 8 dogs there!! It’s heartbreaking their lack of empathy and compassion!!😡😡
