Julie EisermanI’ve spoken with the owner myself and he showed me more pictures and I let him know that was my dog I’ve been up and down Chevy chase and everytime I go I don’t see no roaming dogs I call the animal shelter and they made me aware that as the rescue office try to approach the dog he jump the fence in the owners back yard

There is another dog named Coco who was lost in Chevy Chase today. She looks just like the dog that was seen in that backyard. Whitaker doesn’t so much. I’m concerned everyone is mistaking these two dogs which could affect the search. Also the owner can’t confirm that the dog in the yard was picked up by animal control because he wasn’t there when they came.
