Come on owners take better care of your dogs, especially in these damn heat they can get blisters on their poor paws having a dog is like having a two-year-old toddler take care of them as such, otherwise do them a big favor don't have any and stop putting them through this living .

Post to NextDoor Check shelter website 24petconnect .com City of San Jose Animal Care & Services Put up flyers Do the following - Creating a dog scent station from a rescue who helps reunite pets. Take an unwashed article of THE OWNERS clothing.( Socks , Sheet, Underware & Hang it in a tree ,on a fence , a pole or edge of roof & put an article of unwashed clothes on ground below. The wind will carry the scent. If there is another dog in the home take that dog's fresh poop and rub it on a rag & hang it high . Open your gates. Your garage door , turn on all your lights. Put a rug or towel on porch with a bowl of water. Do not put the dog's bed or the dog's toys outside. The only scent we want is from the owners. Please do this ASAP. Rain or Shine.A dog can find its way back from miles by following a scent. They don't operate like humans on sight or sound. Also saturate the area with bright flyers.& file a lost report with your local shelters and check those in person in case your dog is there.
