Message from Owner

I'm asking for help finding Cooper. She escaped her carrier at about 9am while waiting in line for her vaccines. She's unfamiliar with the area, and probably very scared. Please keep your eye out and help bring our fur baby !

Kathryn Back I know Cooper wasnt lost at her home but some of these suggestions might work....Take treats, and a flashlight, out with you and call him in the quietest hours of the early morning around 3-4 :30 a.m. when your voice will carry farther. Look in hiding spots and trees, and listen for him. Most indoor cats don't go far when they get outside they get scared and hide during the day and come out at night when it's quiet and dark. They often try to return home during those hours so be watchful for him then. Put something outside your home with your scent or his scent on it to help him find his way home. Put up colored flyers around your neighborhood and businesses then go door-to-door with one and ask your neighbors to check in their sheds and garages to make sure he didn't get accidentally shut in somewhere. Go to shelters IN PERSON as descriptions are not always accurate. Don't give up! Keep calling him! It may take him a while to come out of hiding if he is very scared or has wandered farther away but if he hears your voice it will keep him close by until he eventually gets brave enough to come out of hiding and follow your voice home. Sharing..💓🙏

kitty is truly an indoor kitty. Not an indoor outdoor kitty this will work. If kitties is an outdoor kitty, I would recommend something else. 💔😭🙏🏻 U R the best person to get kitty back🙏🏻🐾. I’m telling you kitty is so close to your house . I see it and hear it all the time. That they’re under the deck next door in the bush. You are the best person to get kitty back. I’ve been trapping for a long time. please I can’t stress how important it is to be consistent diligent it does take a lot of work. food and water call Kitty day and night A camera is super important. Sometimes you even have to set a trap. please it’s so important to call your kitty day & night when it’s most quiet. Get a camera out there cause you can’t be by the door 24 seven. it took me A month to get my cat back. And I had to use a trap🙏🏻🙏🏻. Very important. Get a flashlight and at night check to see if you see glowing eyes. Please don’t waste time help your kitty find their way home. Please follow these steps to help your kitty to come home 🏡… Put things out the litter. Anything you have from your brush hair anything tie it to something by your camera! that kitty remembers. This will help Kitty smell and find his way home. I do TNR please If you follow these steps you are sure to get your kitty... You could get A trap from A shelters near you, and try to place trap by Bush, a hedge camouflage with large leaves. With food in the back. sprinkle kitties Litter! cats can smell up to 500 to 1000 feet. sprinkle a little left right back in front of your house. Stay on top of it every day. prayers.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 . If kitty is gone a few weeks. check local Animal Control, rescues & shelters, Vets, Police Station, & ask your neighbors. check every so many days if you can. but file a missing kitty report provide them with a picture, I would say try the whole radius of your block not just a couple of houses to see if anyone saw kitty. Sometimes it takes a few days even weeks for kitty to come out of hiding. 🐾🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😿

Check at the business next-door. There’s a place they can get in under the building in the front, by the bushes close to the parking lot drive through. If you’re standing on the sidewalk looking at the front of the building of CAHS the building is on the left.

Kathryn Back so sorry this happened, shared and sharing with all my friends in the area! I'm sure Cooper went to a safe spot, when the night gets a little quieter go back out with his carrier and I would just hang in the parking lot of clinic for a bit and call for her!

Go back to the area when most quiet outside and call his name. use a flashlight to look for glowing eyes that may show where he is hiding. Maybe ask someone around the area if you could setup a live trap with a trail camera? I hope you find your sweet kitty soon!
